It's that time of year again.

We need to have your annual dues in to us by OCTOBER 31, 2026. Any member renewing after that date will wait until after the completion of all timely applications to be registered. There will be a 'Break' in service and you will then be listed as a LOSS (SUSPENDED) to the lodge and will have to be REINSTATED, meaning you will NOT be covered for insurance. You may lose lodge benefits until the next quarter, April 1, 2027.
If a member age 63 and older who has a break in service or SUSPENDED, they will lose their Survivors Aid Benefits and AD & D Insurance. In addition, If you have FOP License Plates and do not renew, you will be required to surrender the plates and not be able to apply again for TWO years.
EFFECTIVE: NOVEMBER 7, 2023
A late fee of $10.00 will be assessed to any lapsed members that rejoin. You will NOT receive any Cards or Stickers until the LATE FEE is paid.
Attention: Please, If you want to purchase a NYS State Picture ID card, Go to Membership, Downloads / Forms, print out form and mail directly to Hicksville.
(Note: IDs WILL NOT be printed until the member and the lodge have renewed and PAID. )
